He is an active member in national technical committees sponsored by ASCE, SEI, and ACI. Dr. Mahamid is a Research Associate Professor teaching Structural Engineering courses at University of Illinois-Chicago (current), IIT (past) and University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (past). Dr. Mahamid’s Professional Registrations and Certifications include:
