BE adds highly accomplished industry veteran to Mechanical Department Team
LISLE,IL and Houston, TX March 2026 — Brindley Engineering (BE), one of Chicago and the Gulf Coast’s world-class multi-discipline engineering, procurement, inspection, and construction management firms announces Frank Traina to the role of Mechanical Department Manager. Frank Traina’s career spans over 40 years, beginning with vessel engineering where he developed deep technical expertise, and aerospace-related projects. He went on to spend more than two decades in a major EPC environment, rising to Vessel Engineering Manager and building a high-performing FCC and vessel engineering organization. From there, he progressed into broader leadership roles, including engineering manager, program manager, and project director, overseeing multidiscipline teams, major refining projects, and client relationships. His career advanced to executive leadership as a vice president focused on business growth and strategy, and more recently into consulting and subject matter expert roles specializing in FCC and Coker Units.
