Brindley Engineering Announces addition of Felicia Fron as Human Resource Manager
LISLE, IL and Houston, TX July 2026 —Brindley Engineering (BE), one of Chicago and the Gulf Coast’s world-class multi-discipline engineering, procurement, inspection, and construction management firms announced the addition of Felicia Fron as Human Resource Manager. Fron brings a depth of experience in HR and People Operations, building and scaling the HR function, and core Employee Relations. Her primary focus will be to shape and execute HR strategies that support the company’s growth, maintain a positive workplace culture, and grow alongside the business.
