Gavin Palmer is the Process Department Manager at Brindley Engineering, where he leads a high-performing team of process engineers across all experience levels. With over 25 years of experience in the refining and chemical manufacturing industries, he specializes in FEL studies, detailed design, execution, and the full project lifecycle from construction through start-up. Gavin holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University in England and brings a strong focus on safety, quality, and practical results to every project.
